St Thomas Christians of India, that Canonically comes under the Catholicate, which is the Holy See of the East, the See of St. Thomas, the Apostle. The present headquarters is at Devalokam, Kottayam. The Malankara Orthodox Church is recognized by all Christain churches and denominations, as an independent, indigenous and autocephalous Church. The Malankara Orthodox Church is present all over the world. The Catholicoses are the legitimate successors of St Thomas.:
